Order Processing & Handling

•Processing time: Orders ship out within 1-2 business days ( Monday through Friday)

•Cuttoff Time: Orders placer after 5:00 pm PST are processed the next business day.

•Delays: Processing may take an extra day or two durante peak or holiday sales.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

•Standard Domestic: 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage ($5.00 or free on orders over $70).Expedited •Domestic: 2–3 business days via USPS Priority ($12.00).

Tracking & Delivery Issues

•Tracking: You get a confirmation email with a tracking link once your label prints.

•Lost or Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a carrier claim and send a replacement.
